Hello and welcome! My journey as a therapist began 23 years ago, alongside a deep curiosity about yoga, meditation, and spiritual life. After opening my first private psychology practice in 2004, I immersed myself in Vipassana meditation, drew inspiration from Thich Nhat Hanh, and engaged with mindfulness communities in Brisbane.
Throughout various life changes—moving towns, navigating relationships, and raising children—my heart has consistently returned to the teachings of Buddhism and the transformative power of daily practice. Now based in the Northern Rivers, I see individual clients and couples both online and in person across Australia and worldwide.
I consider myself a compassionate guide, offering acceptance and wisdom to help others find their own light amidst darkness (depression, conflict), release constriction (anxiety, trauma), and embrace the vibrancy of life. I provide a welcoming, inclusive space for all, including those exploring their unique sexualities and identities.
Rooted in Buddhist philosophy, my approach is trauma-informed and focuses on embodiment through somatic experiencing, while nurturing mindfulness and compassion in the moment. Medicare rebates are available with a MHCP and GP referral. Let's embark on this journey of discovery and healing together.
