Growth and healing begin with a moment of awareness. Through a grounded blend of psychology, psychotherapy, and mindfulness, my work supports individuals in reconnecting with themselves and creating lasting change.

Based in the Byron Shire, I offer therapy, workshops, and retreats designed to inspire reflection, insight, and transformation — both locally and internationally. You’re invited to explore my offerings and discover how this work can support your journey.

RETREATS 2026

  • DEEPENING INTO STILLNESS

    23 April to 29 April 2027

    (6 night Silent Meditation Retreat)

Have you ever felt that no matter what you do, there remains a subtle dissatisfaction or unease in your life?

The key is to get insight and understanding into the mindset and behaviours that maintain these patterns , and set yourself free.

  • INSIGHT & SOUL-WORK RETREAT

    7 August to 14 August 2026

    Byron Bay Hinterland Retreat Centre

Soul-making is a set of understandings and practices that are oriented to becoming less bound up in a world of flat materiality and more open a range of felt experiences which can include: sense of meaning, a calling, a sense of reverence, soulfulness itself, sacredness, unfathomability, senses of love, dimensionality.

This meditation retreat provides a space to engage with images or figures or gods that could be seen as having an imaginal existence, rather than a physical existence. With a secular foundation this retreat provided guidance on what is helpful and what to watch out for in developing sensitivity and discernment when opening to this field.
